Overview

The Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner Recognition Program recognizes service providers who have proven success with helping customers establish effective operations and maintenance programs with BIM 360 Ops.

The goal of the Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner Recognition Program is to assist customers in identifying a partner that will help them meet their operational goals.

Program Elements

The Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner term is a 12 month period.

  • BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partners may be re-inducted based on their customer contributions the prior 12 months.
  • BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partners members will be expected to maintain professional conduct and meet certain responsibilities and expectations, as summarized below.
  • BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner status is granted at the sole discretion of Autodesk.
  • BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner members are expected to adhere to any applicable terms of use or similar terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Autodesk’s Website Terms of Use and Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Terms of Service.

Recognition Requirements

Implementation Partners have proven success with advising and assisting customers on the best practices related to the implementation and training for BIM 360 Ops. Key characteristics of a BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner member include:

  • Expertise: Have a strong understanding of Autodesk BIM 360 Ops, its related products, as well as the needs of our customers.
  • Leadership: Represent the voice of the customer back to Autodesk.
  • Advocacy: Be a brand advocate for Autodesk, and act as a fair and balanced representative.

Entitlements and Responsibilities

The program seeks to boost the influence of the BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner members, both within the community and with their peers. As a recognized BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner member you will receive a number of benefits during the program year, including:

Your participation in the BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner program means you agree to the terms on this Overview page

Autodesk reserves the right to make Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner member selection decisions and to revoke Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner member status at any time and at its sole discretion. Acceptance of the Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner member designation constitutes permission for Autodesk and its partners and agents to use the names and/or likenesses of Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner members for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner members may be required to execute additional agreements pertaining to use their names and/or likenesses, as a condition of maintaining Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner member status.

By participating in the Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner program, each Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner member agrees: (i) to accept and comply with the Autodesk’s Website Terms of Use, Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Terms of Service, and all Autodesk terms and conditions applicable to participation in any community, and (ii) to release, indemnify, defend and hold Autodesk and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotional agencies and any other organizations related to the BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner program, harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from its participation in the Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner program.

Any action, suit or case arising out of or in connection with the Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Implementation Partner program must be brought in the federal courts located in the Northern District of California or the state courts located in Marin County, California.
